This Text-It-On Privacy Policy applies to data collected by Text-It-On through its Text-It-On site and services.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order access Text-It-On services, you will be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, and depending on the services provided, a password, your mobile phone number, carrier, and text delivery preferences, which we refer to as your Text-It-On credentials. A unique ID number will be assigned to your Text-It-On credentials which will be used to identify your credentials and associated information.

If you choose to sign up for a paid subscription service, and pay for it electronically, you will be referred to a third party web site to process your transaction. Text-It-On will never solicit, have access to, or store, credit card information, however Text-It-On will refer you to a third party to obtain and process this information on behalf of Text-It-On.

Please keep in mind that if you disclose personal information through a Text-It-On Service (such as a text course), subscribers to the course may collect and use this information. We caution you against providing personal information to strangers online, which they may use for illegal or harmful purposes. We may collect information about your visit, including the pages you view, the links you click and other actions taken in connection with the Text-It-On site and services. If you wish to update your Text-It-On profile, click the 'My Profile' navigation link that is available after you have logged into the Text-It-On site. If you decide that you wish to cancel your account, use the Contact Us web form to notify us of your intentions. We will deactivate your profile within three business days of your request. subscribers to text courses and the Text-It-On newsletter may unsubscribe at any time by using the 'Unsubscribe' function, available from the home page.
